If you experience any issues with your order, please email our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
Quality Assessment
Our quality control team will review your request to determine if the product is eligible for a return, replacement, or refund based on the condition received.
Return Authorization
For non-perishable hardware or accessories, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning the items to our milling facility.
Resolution
Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, or a fresh replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
